The group will create music with percussion instruments, divided and directed into subgroups by our professional coordinator from whom they will receive specific instructions, using music as a metaphor to translate the daily routine into rhythms! The strongest elements out of these creations will be coordinated into an orchestra !!!

Some definite purposes to the drum circle include:
- Ice breaking, helping people to learn to know each other

So what's "the game" that includes all the above ? It could look like this:

1. You go by bus to a restaurant located on the top of a hill in the Mountains, half an hour from the hotel (in the middle of nowhere), with the most fantastic views !!!
2. There is a welcome sangria served, with our without alcohol.
3. Briefing; we will quickly explain what we are going to do.
4. Starting with a rhythmic interactive clapping & movement program trigged by a percussion monitor and a belly dance teacher.
5. BBQ & cold buffet consisting of grilled chicken, spare ribs, sausages, kebabs, jacked potatoes, salmon, kirsch, cold meat, a selection of desserts(cheese, cakes etc.), wine/beer/water (all pending on company policies), coffee.

6. After lunch/dinner... we split into sub groups, giving each of the groups a mission. It can be the same mission to all groups or it can be a different mission to each group. They then have that they have to translate something that has to do with the company or its products into music ! We could obviously do it different if the management would like to give them missions that are non-company related.
7. Each group also will receive paint and articles to make up the image of their group !
8. We send each group to a different part of the garden, where they can be by themselves to rehearse their own show. Normally they take about an hour to do that. It's sometimes even difficult to get them to stop...!!!
9. Getting everybody together again, we let each group perform.
10. Everybody joins together in a final rhythmical blast .
