A challenging Rope Course can be defined as a series of supervised individual and group challenges that promote a combination of teamwork skills and individual commitment. Experienced guides will assist the participants all along the session.

"Challenged by Choice" is in effect at all times. Effective participation on a rope course is not dependant on strength or on a particular level of fitness. A sense of adventure and the ability to have fun are essential. The structure comply with all relevant British or European standards. High elements are used in conjunction with climbing ropes, safety harnesses, helmets and other equipment more commonly associated with rock climbing.
